1. Captain TC Card

The Captain TC Card is the official membership card for participating in the Captain TC Gold Coin Collection.

2. Eligibility

Customers must hold a valid Captain TC Card to collect, register, trade, or complete any Captain TC Gold Coin Collection.

3. Captain TC Gold Coins

Captain TC Gold Coins are limited-edition collectible physical gold coins issued under the Captain TC Gold Coin Collection.

4. Unique Serial Numbers

Every Captain TC Gold Coin has a unique serial number and belongs to a specific collection.

5. Completing a Collection

Each Captain TC Gold Coin Collection consists of 20 unique serial-numbered gold coins. A collection is complete only when one verified customer owns all 20 required serial-numbered coins.

6. Buying, Selling & Trading

Customers may buy, sell, or exchange Captain TC Gold Coins through the TopCoin UK platform or by any lawful private transaction.

7. Registration & Verification

Completed collections must be registered and verified before they are officially recognised and any collection rewards or benefits are issued.

8. Gold Content

Every Captain TC Gold Coin contains real gold and has an intrinsic value based on its gold content. As collectible coins, their market value may vary depending on rarity, condition, and customer demand.

9. Authenticity

Only genuine Captain TC Gold Coins issued under the Captain TC Gold Coin Collection are eligible for registration. Counterfeit, altered, stolen, damaged, or fraudulently obtained coins will not be accepted.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Captain TC Gold Coin Collection reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on the official website.
